Booking Manager partnered with Adria Scan to create a useful new feature that enables you to scan client documents and avoid manual data entry to crew lists.

Fast Scan

When a client arrives at the base to check-in, you can enter all necessary data in a simple way. When you open guests reservation, select the tab Crew List, insert the document and then you are set to do the scanning.

Automatic Data Entry

Once the document is scanned with Adria Scan device, Booking Manager will automatically collect all the data needed to fill out your Crew List such as name, surname, country of birth, and other useful client data.

Address Book Corrections

After creating a crew member, the System saves the data to your address book. If some of the information is different, such as misspelled name, Booking Manager will recognize it as the same person. With this feature you can avoid creating doubles and eliminate any data mistakes.

Clients Speak For Themselves

We use Booking Manager every day. I like the possibility of having the access to the system from my mobile phone, so even in the evening when I am with my friends I can check the best offers and create direct options or bookings.

Clients Speak For Themselves

“Sailing DNA website is our online answer to the question of how to empower individuals to explore the world's oceans and embrace the thrill of sailing. Thanks to the MMK team we can now share our passion and years of experience with our clients on our website where we can clearly show that our charters are designed to create lasting bonds between sailors, the sea, and the environment.”
