Booking Manager enables you to easily manage discounts on your own at any time. The System allows you to set up a maximum total discount for the entire fleet and to define individual discounts by certain yacht, period or other criteria. Once you create a specific discount, System will automatically apply the selected criteria and make your work easier and safer.

Modify Prices

The easiest way to modify prices is by using Revenue Planning window where you can manage discounts directly from the Booking Sheet. You have a possibility to apply a new discount for a specific boat or to apply a new discount for all boats in that week by a single click. Once the discount is set, it will be automatically available in local Booking Manager and to all agencies in distribution network.

Speed Up Your Workflow

Booking Manager enables you to easily create new discount for precise period and choose whether you want to add the discount manually or to use a trigger so the discounts are applied automatically depending on the certain criteria that you choose. Your discount will be automatically applied and price recalculated for each new offer, option or reservation made in that period.

Configure Your Discount

Many advanced settings are available if you want to configure your discount in detail. For example, you can limit you discount to certain boats or assign your discount just for a specific group of contacts. Additionally, System allows you to decide whether the discount respects your maximum total discount or not, so that you don't give too many discounts by accident.
