Predefine Activities and Articles

Activity Editor allows you to define all activities connected to boat maintenance. You can predefine hours of work and price per hour for the specific activity, as well as the price for each stored article. The System automatically updates articles on stock and enables you to easily manage multiple warehouses.

Effectively Organize Tasks

Task Editor enables you to quickly create and configure a new work order for single or more workers. In order to save time, you can give your workers or yacht owners ability to check activities online. Additionally, System empowers you to easily calculate cost of each task and include it in maintenance, charge it as your own cost or charge it to yacht owner and quickly and securely manage invoices.

Simplify Expense Tracking

Powerful System filters enable you to generate detailed yacht service card, for example for all boats of the specific owner in the year 2016, report is generated with only few clicks. This report will show you how many activities have been performed, precisely determine total cost and make yacht management a lot easier.
