Hubspot Integration

You can easily connect your Local Booking Manager application with Hubspot CRM. This allows you to access contacts in your Booking Manager address-book and Hubspot automatically, making it easier for you to execute your sales and marketing campaigns.

Missing Data Alert

To set you up for success it is crucial to enter the right information for agents to see and promote to end clients. Booking Manager will alert you about what pieces of data you are missing such as pictures and pieces of equipment to make sure no details are overlooked.

Booking Manager Quote got a new sleek look. Emphasizing key information with bigger yacht pictures and check in dates while maintaining all the information shown in the legacy version of the quote.

Request and Response

This exciting new feature allows agents and fleet operators to communicate directly via Booking Manager. In just a few clicks agents can now request to extend the Option and fleet operators can confirm or deny instantly.

Commision per Yacht

With this update fleet operators can easily change agency commission per boat that is being added to quote. This makes workflow faster and easier while enabling you to maximise revenue.

Preffered Languages

Booking Manager allows you to send custom offers in 28 languages, however you can select the languages you use most often as preferred languages to make creating offers even faster.

Quick Scan

Maintaining your equipment had never been easier! Scanner feature allows you to scan equipment on sight and they will automatically be added to the reservation. Also you can scan all the articles in the warehouse to be able to track inventory in your Booking Manager application.
