1. Do you think it will be possible when we receive the email for the crew list, to know if license has been uploaded too?

2. The MYTRIP can be sent to guest? Can we remove the pricing info from this?

BMA: MyTrip is meant to be shared with the guest to facilitate all check-in and predeparture procedures. All the prices show in the MyTrip are the final client price so there is no risk of confusion for them even if the booking happened through an agent.

3. Can we remove the documents section in My Trip?

BMA: The documents section in My Trip cannot be hidden but from the Booking Manager Application and Portal you can manage individually wich document is visible or not

4. Do you probably have pdf files with all instructions of each specific filed in this system?

BMA: On the Booking Manager Website you can find the Tips sections with video tutorials of the key features and also you can find the knowledgebase with detailed step by step instructions of most of Booking Manager Features.
