With the Booking Manager portal, you can handle every step of the booking process—from finding the ideal boat to managing payments and offering extra services. BMA:The logo should be 100x300 px for optimal display on documents.
BMA: As agency you can add your own extras through the settins of your portal account. When in the booking step you can select the extras that the operator offers that you wish to add to the option or reservation.
BMA: There is no limitation in the changes you can do to the booking other than the ones decided by the charter operator. There is no extra cost for the operator if any modification in the booking occurs.
BMA: While there is no specific filter for the yacht name, you can do a simple CTRL+F ( or CMD+F) and type in the search bar the name of the yacht. We would recomend to reduce the number of boats by applying some filters in the search first.
BMA: You can quote in all currencies supported by the ECB, you can also set your custom exchange rates through the settings if you want to avoid exchange rate fluctuation.
BMA: You have to set up the Boat Show mode before you start the search. We would recommend to create a selection of your favorite companies, or the ones you have the best commercial conditions so you can have pre filtered companies to show your clients even when in boat show mode.
BMA: The rating can be found both on the boat, or on the company in the Partners section.
BMA: Through MYTrip, the clients can execute online payments (though credit card). The bank details are always available to the client in the booking confirmation. If you wish to add an online payment method, you can select any of the payment integrations already available in Booking Manager (Preferences ->Web Search-> Engine Settings ->Payment Services) or you can contact us to add a new integration if the one you want is not listed. To add your bank details to receive bank transfers you can go to Settings->Reservations Settings -> Payment Methods.
