 1. What are the dimensions for the company logo?

BMA:The logo should be 100x300 px for optimal display on documents.

2. How do we add optional extras to the quote, like skipper etc?

BMA: As agency you can add your own extras through the settins of your portal account. When in the booking step you can select the extras that the operator offers that you wish to add to the option or reservation.

3. Any limitations on how many times I can change an existing booking? And is it true that each chenging cost money for charter companies?

BMA: There is no limitation in the changes you can do to the booking other than the ones decided by the charter operator. There is no extra cost for the operator if any modification in the booking occurs.

4. Can you do a search for a particular yacht, by yacht name?

BMA: While there is no specific filter for the yacht name, you can do a simple CTRL+F ( or CMD+F) and type in the search bar the name of the yacht. We would recomend to reduce the number of boats by applying some filters in the search first.

5. How many currencies does your system support besides the US dollar and the euro?

BMA: You can quote in all currencies supported by the ECB, you can also set your custom exchange rates through the settings if you want to avoid exchange rate fluctuation.

6. Is it not possible to use the Yacht search so that you search for boats first and then when you want to show them to the client you switch to Boat mode? I cannot at least see that it would be possible. When I switch to boat show mode it resets the search so I have to start all over again. I don't want to search directly on boat show mode as I want to see the commission amount first so I know A) that we get a commission and B) I know which price to give to client.

BMA: You have to set up the Boat Show mode before you start the search. We would recommend to create a selection of your favorite companies, or the ones you have the best commercial conditions so you can have pre filtered companies to show your clients even when in boat show mode.

7. Does the rating you have apply to the boat or to the fleet owner?

BMA: The rating can be found both on the boat, or on the company in the Partners section.

8. How to add payment method (our bank account) to My trip. I would like to enable our clients to pay extras via bank transfer?

BMA: Through MYTrip, the clients can execute online payments (though credit card). The bank details are always available to the client in the booking confirmation. If you wish to add an online payment method, you can select any of the payment integrations already available in Booking Manager (Preferences ->Web Search-> Engine Settings ->Payment Services) or you can contact us to add a new integration if the one you want is not listed. To add your bank details to receive bank transfers you can go to Settings->Reservations Settings -> Payment Methods.

9. Where to find terms and conditions of a charter company for particular booking?

BMA: You can find them befefore the option or booking button in the booking step, after clicking next.

10. Does each skipper have specific sailing locations assigned to them?

BMA: Yes, each skipepr has one or more sailing areas attached to his profile.

11. I was wondering if it's possible to block companies from my search result - if i prefere not to work with?

BMA: Yes, in the Partners tab, you can select the partner you do not wish to work with and click disable. Those partners won't show in your search results anymore.
