Agency Commission Invoice

Home /  Tips /  Agency Commission Invoice

Booking process consists of several steps and one of the most important for the agencies is issuing the agency commission to the charter operator from who they booked the yacht for the end client.

Manage Bookings

My Bookings section enables agencies to manage bookings simply and efficiently. Via the bookings list, you can edit various data such as preparing and editing agency commission invoice.

Check Reservation Status

My Bookings Editor enables agencies to check all important information which relates to booking, Yacht, client and payments, as well as info related to Calculation and options payable at the base. Agency invoice price displays agency profit and all documents that are prepared for sending to the client.

Edit Invoice Data

Agencies can edit the agency commission invoice which can be found under the Charter documents section. Booking Manager enables agents to change the Invoice date, set the Invoice number, Currency and additional Comment if required. Finally, you can review it and attach it to the e-mail if you want to send it.
