Right next to the captain, is his amazing chef and dear friend, Jacky. The duo has been working together for the past 10 years, and they are a true 'dream team'. He gives the traditional Dalmatian dishes a twist, creating mouthwatering delicacies, that impress even the most demanding epicureans. The rest of the crew is equally experienced and passionate about creating an amazing experience for all the guests.
