MMK Tours d.o.o. is the owner of all availability and other data being displayed at www.booking-manager.com and you are not allowed to use it for any other purpose other than make on-line bookings for you or your customers.
MMK Tours d.o.o. will provide you with all information needed to complete a successful booking including real-time availability data and complete Suppliers contact information.
You are not making bookings as a sub-agent at www.booking-manager.com, instead you are making it directly with Suppliers (charter companies), using this service as an availability and ordering automation tool.
You agree to be listed in our member's directory and on informational documents that we regularly send to charter companies.
You agree to re-sell services displayed at this site in unchanged form and at prices displayed here. You are automatically entitled to 15% commision from any Supplier listed on www.booking-manager.com. Additionally you can arrange different discount rates directly with each individual Supplier listed at www.booking-manager.com.
You agree to make reservations for Suppliers listed on www.booking-manager.com only by using tools provided on this portal. You are not allowed to consult availability on booking-manager.com and then directly contact Supplier to make bookings.
MMK Tours may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect at any time, with or without cause and without recourse to courts, by providing notice to You and/or by preventing Your access to the MMK portal.
MMK Tours reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time by providing such revised Agreement to You or by publishing the revised Agreement on the MMK Website.
Your continued use of the MMK portal shall constitute Your acceptance to be bound by the terms and conditions of the revised Agreement.
